What we collect
We collect the information you submit to send a fax (sender name, email, recipient fax number and name, and the document), plus technical data such as your IP address, used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To deliver your fax, email you confirmations, receipts and delivery status, provide a status page, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Retention
Fax content (your document) is deleted within 3 days of transmission. We retain metadata (such as sender email, recipient number, and delivery result) so your status page and receipts continue to work.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (payments, email delivery, hosting) and where required by law.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
